Instead of simply receiving a personalized itinerary, we'll work together from start to finish. I'll research your trip, create your itinerary, arrange eligible bookings on your behalf, and be there to support you before and throughout your travels.
And once you're on the road, you won't be doing it alone. Whether plans change, you need a recommendation along the way, or there’s something to troubleshoot, you'll have priority support from someone who already knows your itinerary and preferences inside and out.
Everything included in Personal Travel Planning, plus I’ll:
✓ Arrange eligible travel bookings on your behalf
✓ Provide itinerary management available via an app
✓ Offer up to three itinerary revisions
✓ Provide pre-departure reminders and travel tips
✓ Communicate daily check-ins throughout your trip
✓ Ensure priority support while you're traveling
✓ Assist you in navigating unexpected changes or travel disruptions

The VIP Travel Concierge service starts at $400 USD for single-destination trips up to 7 days long for up to 2 adults.
If your trip involves multiple countries, a group, extended travel or significantly more planning, we'll discuss any additional planning fees before work begins.
